Homecoming 5K Registration

Runners of all ages race across the quad during the Illinois Homecoming 5K. The morning race kicked off a week of events for the 2019 University of Illinois Homecoming. After the race, runners were treated to a pancake breakfast. The 5K route began at Anniversary Plaza on the Main Quad and the finish line at the Hallene Gateway. All proceeds from the race went to IlliniThon, which raises funds for St. John's Children's Hospital, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

HOMECOMING 5K REGISTRATION

Registration for this year's Homecoming 5K is open. This year's race will take place on October 3rd at 10:00 a.m. It will begin on the east end of Anniversary Plaza and end at the Alice Campbell Alumni Center. Please join us after for the Homecoming Kickoff to enjoy a pancake breakfast, dyeing of the fountain, and a special guest.

Please use this link to register. Please register by 11:59 p.m. on September 8th to be guaranteed a shirt. Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on September 24th.
