Mayo Clinic and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign have once again partnered to provide an outstanding opportunity for our undergraduates to participate in the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program at Mayo Clinic. For 10 weeks, students from across the nation get hands-on experience in Mayo Clinic research labs.
Because our students are known for their innovative excellence, up to seven fellowships in this highly successful program have been reserved for sophomores and juniors chosen by Illinois faculty and staff through a special pre-selection process.
We are now accepting Illinois pre-selection applications. Students are encouraged to attend an information session on Wednesday, Oct. 13. Applications are due no later than Sunday, Nov. 7.
