SCS Graduate Students Selected as Research Live! Finalists

Two graduate students from labs within the School of Chemical Sciences have been selected as Research Live! finalists.  Aravind Baby (Rodriguez-Lopez lab) and Kyle Timmer (Harley lab) are among the twelve finalists selected.

Finalists will compete for one of five monetary prizes at a showcase where they tell their research stories in 3 minutes or fewer.  A sixth prize, The 'People's Choice Award' will be selected by the in person and livestreamed audience.

The final competition will be on Tuesday, April 2 at 5:00PM at the Campus Instructional Facility (CIF) and livestreamed, so be sure to attend to cheer on these two finalists!  More information can be found here: https://grad.illinois.edu/research-live/event
