Your results will be sent to you by e-mail
The estimated turnaround time for each ionization technique is two days. These times will be longer if there are instrumental problems or maintenance or if the staff is reduced due to sickness, vacation or meetings. When your spectrum is done it will be sent to your by e-mail as attachments in PDF format.
For UIUC users, your unused samples will be returned to you at the sample return area in Room 41 Noyes Lab. Samples are arranged by the day of the week that they are done or they are put in the freezer upon request.
For users outside University of Illinois, UC, the samples will not be returned unless you make a comment in the comment box of the online submission form telling us to return the samples.
