Accounting and Grants Management is responsible for reconciling and distributing monthly financial statements, depositing gift funds and assisting departments with gift account management.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Processing budget and expenditure transfers
- Setting up new accounts
- Processing of sponsored project proposals and preparing and reviewing budget
- Coordinating all pre-award and post-award sponsored project activities
- Preparing various miscellaneous financial reports
- Maintaining both current and historical account files to ensure comprehensive financial oversight
