SCS and the Chemistry Library provide video conferencing as a service. A Polycom Video Conferencing system is located in the Chemistry Library Conference Room. Skype and other web based video conferencing are also available. Special thanks go to LAS and the Chemistry Library for their contributions of the equipment and space.
The service is free to SCS faculty and staff and is available for SCS related usage only. Video conferencing is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
PLEASE NOTE: The Chemistry Library staff are NOT trained in the use of the video conferencing equipment. If SCS Computing support will be needed for a conference, a test call must be arranged a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the conference.
To reserve the video conferencing system, follow these steps:
1. Look at the Chemistry Library Conference Room Calendar to determine if the time you want is available
